• Skincare Routine with LUSH

My current skincare routine using my favourite LUSH products and how I care for my skin on a daily basis. My skincare routine changes all the time depending on what mood my skin is in. It’s quite hard trying to buy products for it that work and don’t inflame my rosacea or sensitivity. Until now, I was struggling but then I found these amazing products from LUSH to help my skin.

MY CURRENT SKINCARE ROUTINE USING LUSH PRODUCTS

    STEP 1.

Firstly I use Simple’s Cleansing Facial Wipes for all skin types. I have very oily skin but also have dry patches with lots of blemishes and redness and these face wipes make my skin feel cleaner and more refreshed as they are a very moist face wipe which I like. I use these in the morning before applying make up as they leave my skin feeling clean in the mornings and removes any oil or dirt from overnight. To remove my make up morning and night, I use Benefit’s Remove It Makeup Remover.

    STEP 2.

I then use my cleansing face mask/scrub which is Lush’s Angels On Bare Skin Cleansing Scrub which I use after showering to exfoliate my face and clean deep into the pores and remove any make up that I’d missed. And I will occasionally use Lush’s Coalface Face Soap which also helps with oily skin.

    STEP 3.

For a toner I am using Lush’s Tea Tree Water spray, which is really good for those with spot prone skin and large pores. And on occasion I will use the Kueshi Facial Toner and Cleanser, that I received in my GlossyBox.

    STEP 4.

I moisturise using Lush’s Enzymion Moisturiser. This is made from healthy enzymes which help break down bacteria and helps fight blemishes and spots. It smells of lemons which makes your skin feel more refreshed and clean. And I will use my Benefit’s Instant Comeback Serum, which adds a kick of dew to the skin so it looks less dull and improves the look of your skin.

    STEP 5.

After my cleansing, toning and moisturising, I will then use my spot treatment which I’ve had a lot of people telling me that Sudocrem is the best for spots and breakouts, so I made the move and they are right. It’s the most natural treatment as it’s an antiseptic healing cream so there’s no harsh chemicals or ingredients and it’s also great for other things too.

I also have this annoying rash around my nose which no one seems to know what is it or how to get rid of it but using Sudocrem helps keep the rash less red and reduces it slightly. Sudocrem is a great thing to reduce spots with as it’s an antiseptic cream it not only reduces the redness of spots but also the throbbing pain you sometimes get with really bad spots and also helps reduce the size of them too!

    STEP 6.

I am now starting to drink plenty of Water and sometimes Detox Water with fruit in as it helps hydrate you, is good for your skin and is also healthier than sugary drinks for your teeth. Drinking water with fresh fruit in it such as cucumber and mint is a good way to flush nasty toxins from your body and also weight loss.
