Ambient Lighting Palette £59
Dim Light – A neutral peach beige powder that blurs imperfections and highlights a radiant complexion with a balance of warm and cool tones. Perfect for sweeping over the cheeks, cheekbones and temples as a highlighting bronzer or contour shade.
Radiant Light – A sun-kissed golden beige powder that enhances the overall complexion with believable, subtle warmth.
Luminous Bronze – The lighter shade of the two bronzers, perfect for those with pale skin. Made with bronze pigments to deliver a natural, sun-kissed glow while exhibiting depth and dimension. The sheer, airy formula sweeps on softly for a healthy-looking, radiant finish to the skin.
This bronzer has quite a bit of sparkle in, which I’m not used to – I’m mainly used to matte bronzers due to my skin being oily but I’m looking forward to giving this a try and seeing if it works with my skin. The packaging is so pretty and feels so luxurious, it’s also a lovely size for a bronzer pan with a really nice size mirror and is quite sleek so it will be perfect for travelling. It’s got a lovely weight to the packaging but isn’t too heavy and the bronzer quality is very finely milled so it’s really lightweight on the skin and doesn’t feel like it will weight the skin down. The gorgeous marble effect in the bronzer is something else and looks like it will be the perfect shade for those with light skin tones. This bronzer worked perfectly well with my oily/combination skin. It was the right tone for me and didn’t look overly shiny despite it having shimmer in the mix. It’s so easy to blend as it’s finely milled.
This has definitely been a huge splurge for me, with me looking at my checkout before purchasing thinking ‘Do I really need this? Can I find anything better than this?’ But then I thought can you get anything better than Hourglass products? as you are paying for quality and the ultimate luxury products. And also with receiving a discount code through VoucherCodes.co.uk who I highly recommend using if you love shopping. Through my special code for Space N K, I managed to get 15% off my order when I spent over £60. Yes these products are really pricey but their quality is something else and if you think you will get the wear out of these products then I guess it will be worth splurging on these types of products. The powders are said to last so much longer as they are so pigmented so you will be making your money stretch further in a way, which makes it kinda worth it.
