• Self Help Books Collection

Need a little pick me up and inspiration in life? These books are my favourite self help books for you to read. If you aren’t a regular follower of mine or you haven’t seen any of my latest tweets or instagrams then I thought I would let you know that I am taking part in #YearOfYou with Marissa Lace on YouTube. ! It’s her 2016 goal to better herself and be more happy. And I couldn’t have found a better person to start this than Marissa as she is so inspirational. Her videos always make me feel good when I watch them. Her personality is so contagious in a good way!

It’s such a good idea to do #YearOfYou if you want to focus on becoming more happy. Improving yourself and just generally being better. I have now become obsessed with crystals, meditation and self help books to help me along with bettering myself. Below are my favourite self help books that make me feel good and inspire me. Some I already have in my collection and some I still need to add. I hope you like these books and think about buying them if you want to take part.

THE SELF HELP BOOKS FOR YOU !!

[one_third padding=”50px px 0 px”] THE INSTANT HAPPY JOURNAL BY KAREN SALMANSOHN

Need a daily pick me up and a chance to reflect on your day? This book is perfect for that. Fill in daily, either in the morning or before bed to help you reflect on your day that you’ve had. Or what you look forward in the day. Every page has an inspirational quote, research or question to help you guide yourself to happiness.

I love filling this book in before I go to bed as I can then reflect on what I learnt during that day. And it helps me keep a routine on filling this in so I don’t miss a day. The bright colours and useful quotes, questions and reflection lists on each page really help you reflect on what makes you happy and what you should do to stay happy.
