• The Rebrand Of shanylou: My Blog Business Cards | With Miel Cafe Design

My blog business card rebrand actually took place quite a few months ago. And I’ve only just got to writing up the blog post all about the process now, how terrible is that? ahah! Anyway, it’s better late than never I guess so I thought I would write a little bit about how I designed my new blog business cards with the help of my amazing friend Giada who you will remember designed my blog logo back in March which you can read all about that process here. This is my review and the process of creating my blog business cards.

    MY NEW BLOG BUSINESS CARDS

I went to Giada knowing she would create a piece of beautiful artistry and she definitely didn’t disappoint. We compiled together all the information that I needed on my business cards. From colours, to the social media information for my blog. We then added lots of different designs and styles of other business cards into our Pinterest mood board. And I wrote back telling her which ones I liked and different elements I liked from certain ones. Giada had worked her magic and created this beauty.

    THE MOOD BOARD

    redesigning my business cards

When I first started my blog, I created this random design on Vistaprint which had no relevance to my blog whatsoever apart from having my social media information on it and it was actually a huge fail. But now I love how it features my new blog logo and the colour scheme to match which is perfect and has it’s own little personality. Giada finished off the business card and kindly sized it perfectly to match Vistaprint’s measurements so it would be the perfect fit. The whole design process cost around €60 which isn’t too bad. It’s actually an amazing price for all the hard work Giada had put in.

If anyone would like a copy of my blog business card, send me a message with your address. I will happily send one to you.
