A night out in London with my Dad, seeing Foals at Wembley Arena. My Dad had treated us to tickets to see Foals at Wembley Arena as a birthday present last year. We drove up and parked in the WASP parking bays near the arena and walked over to the London Designer Shopping Outlet and decided to have dinner in Jimmy’s. I had never eaten there before and was amazed at the amount and variety of food you could have there.
FOALS AT WEMBLEY ARENA
We ordered our drinks and then headed over to the food bays to choose what we wanted. I mainly chose Thai, Chinese and Indian and quite a few bits I had on my plate were really spicy. I was full after eating all that yummy food but still managed to squeeze in a few square pieces of their mini cakes, I had Lemon, Red Velvet and Chocolate. We then headed to TGI’s for a drink as we had about 20 mins to kill. I had my favourite – vodka, soda and lime cordial. It was absolutely heaving for a Tuesday night.
We then headed over to our Door Entrance and had our bags checked. We grabbed a drink before heading in and went straight to our seats. Our seats were pretty good and could see the stage really well. We had already missed the DJ set but weren’t really fussed about that and caught the start of their supporting act Everything Everything which was ok. We then had a little break before Foals came on and we just loved their set so much. They played some really old songs and also their new album which we both love, my favourite songs are Mountain At My Gates, What Went Down and My Number.
