This is going to be quite a small post. But I wanted to write about my time at British Summer Time Festival. I was so happy with Kings Of Leon were the big headliners. Had a half day at work and headed out to London, got the train from Shepherds Bush to Marble Arch. Dad grabbed lunch from Pret and we headed into the festival. Quite a lot of security around with police walking around the park. There was strict security coming in and taking deodorant and liquids off people.

BRITISH SUMMER TIME FESTIVAL 

Finally made it in and had a little walk around the area. Before we found you could get wristbands to ensure you can get into the main area and come and go when you want, which was the best decision we made. We hung around the Barclaycard stage for a little bit having a chill and a cold drink because it was so hot before we saw Deaf Havana which were awesome, I hope I get to see them on a solo tour soon! The bar and food areas were pretty cool with one being themed like Havana with brightly coloured buildings and palm trees covered in fairy lights and another bar area being themed like a village hall and with a windmill wine bar.

We then got dinner and had another walk around whilst we waited for Kings Of Leon who absolutely killed it! Despite a few assholes who wanted to ruin it for everyone else by throwing drinks and pushing into people and starting a mosh and then dragging random people in when they were pulling my dress and scratched my arm several times and then tried to start on my Dad when he was helping me, we decided to move and had a better time rocking along to Kings. It was a pretty awesome day despite the assholes.
