• The ultimate lipstick collection you need if you love pink lips – you need to try these! As I was on my way back home from Thailand, I did a little bit of naughty airport shopping in Thailand’s International Airport. I stopped at the OPI and also Revlon’s counters. I first picked up a OPI nail polish set but I’ll talk about that more in another post. But when I stopped at the Revlon counter I couldn’t help but grab all of their lipstick sets, but as I looked at them more I thought to myself ‘Do I really need anymore lipsticks?!’ The voice inside my head said NO but my heart said YES! I had to choose only one and I went for the Revlon Ultra HD Lipstick Travel Collection Exclusive set which came with 5 of the lipsticks and a free Ultra HD Lip Lacquer in Fire Opal. I chose this set because of it’s selection of pinks that I thought I would get more wear out of.

I am absolutely in love with the formula of these lipsticks, they are so smooth and soft that are really easy to apply. They have the right amount of shine in the finish without being too glossy. It doesn’t feel heavy on the lips and they are all highly pigmented. There is a perfect shade in this collection for anyone and for all skin tones. My absolute favourites are Rose and Primrose – they are the perfect nude/mauve pinks that really suit my skin tone and complexion. They come in a silver bullet with a clear lid. They have an oil based formula but doesn’t feel greasy at all. They feel very hydrating on the lip, so if you like that type of lipstick then these are the ones for you. They have a very unique but nice smell to them, that smells familiar but I can’t quite work it out. Rose is a very pretty nude  shade with a slight pink undertone, perfect for those with paler skin. Primrose is a slightly darker nude with a slight mauve undertone which is one of my favourites as it suits my skin tone so well. Hydrangea is a more coral pink shade which is great if you love the brighter lip colours. Petunia is a more berry pink shade which is great to wear during the cold months. And finally Gladiolus which is a really strange and hard to pronounce name, but is a more pinky based red which goes perfectly well with their Fire Opal lip gloss which is a very bright orange toned red which has a very shiny finish.
