Nail Diary | Part Five

Find out what nail colours I’ve been loving recently. Take a little peak into what nail colours and styles I’ve been wearing from September to . I try to mix and match and always try out different shades and styles depending on my mood and the season. My absolute favourite looks from this post are Look 5 and Look 6.

September – Autumn has officially begun so it’s now time to start wearing the dark berry shades and navy/black shades which are my favourites to wear. Throughout September I have been wearing this gorgeous burgundy shade from Nailed London in Man Eater.

Later on in to September almost early October, I then wanted to try out my other new polish from Nailed London which is a deep navy blue which almost looks black in certain lighting which was also perfect for the colder weather and gradually delving deeper into autumn.

October – we’ve now hit mid October and I’m back in my berry shade again this time I’ve gone back to Berry Sexy by Nailed London as it’s the perfect berry shade for autumn. I’m definitely going to buy more shades from Nailed London even though they have been discontinued and no longer available on Feel Unique’s website, I’m gunna find somewhere else to buy their nail polishes as their formula is the best I’ve ever tried!

November – I’ve gone back to another Nailed London shade and this time it’s Knight Rider which is a black metallic shade with grey sparkle in it which makes it look a lot more lighter than it actually is. A perfect autumnal shade if you really like your darker nail colours.

December – I decided to wait about 4 weeks to get my nails done before Christmas so they would be nice over the holidays so it was a huge relief to finally get my nails done and cut a lot shorter than what they were. I opted for a light grey as my base colour with my Nailed London polish in Eye Candy and then wanted silver glitter on the tips so I went for the OPI polish in Muppet’s Around The World.

January – As I was going away on holiday I wanted a pretty summer colour and I opted for this gorgeous turquoise green/blue as it will match the sea and the colour of the skies in sunny Thailand. I wanted to get my nails slightly shorter than normally so they would last the 3 weeks while I was away and would be short enough throughout my holiday.

February – I couldn’t wait to get my nails cut shorter after my holiday still after getting them shorter than normally they still grew quite long and I couldn’t wait to get them tidied up. I opted for this gorgeous plum purple colour as the weather is still horrible and very cold and I wanted a nice warm colour to cheer me up in this horrible weather.

March – I’ve gone back to an old favourite of mine with this pretty pink nude shade and my white glitter over the top of my ring fingers.

For the end of March I went back to my dark navy shade Fashionista. It has been feeling rather dull recently with the odd warm day which I hoped would have been the start of Spring but it’s still rather dull and cold. Here’s hoping it warms up soon, I can’t wait for the long night out in the garden with the family but not wanting to give up the extra hour in bed.
