Beauty Haul: NARS, Laura Geller, Burt’s Bees, Juicy Couture & More

One of my latest beauty hauls, featuring some new favourites of mine. I feel like it’s been ages since my last beauty haul but it actually hasn’t. Here’s my latest beauty haul with Feel Unique. It seems to be mainly focused around lip pencils!

The first item I really wanted to grab was the Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy EDP, as I had received a tester of it and instantly fell in love with it. It reminds of the My Burberry and Ariana Grande perfume mixed into one. It has top notes of Juicy Mandarin and Wild Berries (fruity). Then the heart notes are Honeysuckle, Jasmine Petals and Gardenia (floral) , finally the base notes are Amber, Caramel Woods, Vanilla, Sandalwood and Praline. (sweet) It has an incredible array of scents mixed into each other, I’m surprised they all go well together. The fragrance lasts all day and is such a nice scent. The bottle is gorgeous and looks so pretty on my vanity. Selected Juicy Couture fragrances above 50ml on Feel Unique come with a free gift – a pretty pink tote bag.

The next items I got where from Benefit Cosmetics, one of my favourite beauty brands. Each item is filled with so much character and uniqueness. I picked up their Speedy Brow Gel, Erase Paste Concealer and two of their Creaseless Cream Eyeshadows in RSVP and Bikini Tini. The Speedy Brow Gel is suitable for all brow colours, especially brown. It’s really easy to apply and sweep across your brows to lightly tint, groom and set for a natural but fuller look to your brows. Perfect for using after using any brow product to set them for the day. It dries to a natural finish so people won’t know. Their Erase Paste Concealer is perfect for using under the eyes to erase dark circles and brighten under the eye area and to also use on any spots or imperfections to make your skin look more flawless with a natural creamy texture it finishes natural and is really easy to blend. The Creaseless Cream Eyeshadows are something I’ve always wanted to get from Benefit and especially in these two shades – they have always been impossible to get my hands on, they seem to be really popular. These two shades are my ultimate favourite colours to wear: a really pretty champagne colour and also a really nice gold colour. They are really soft and creamy and also really easy to blend and build up.

Top to bottom: Rimmel Exaggerate Lip Liner in Berry/Under My Spell, Laura Geller Pout Perfection in Chianti, Laura Geller Pout Perfection in Nude, bareMinerals Marvelous Moxie Lipliner in Thrilled, bareMinerals Marvelous Moxie Lipliner in Revved, NARS Velvet Lip Liner in Karekare, NARS Velvet Lip Liner in Patong Beach, NARS Satin Lip Pencil in Marjella and NARS Satin Lip Pencil in Rikugien.

The next items I grabbed were mainly lip pencils and lipstick pencils. Most of them were from NARS, which I’ve never purchased from before so I was excited to give them a go. These lip liners are so smooth and really soft to apply, all the colours are typical colours I would normally wear and they are so pigmented. One of my favourite ones to wear is the NARS Satin Lip Pencil in Rikugien, it’s the perfect nudey pink to wear everyday. I purchased the NARS Velvet Lip Liner, Rimmel Exaggerate Lip Liner, Laura Geller Pout Perfection Lip Liners and bareMinerals Marvelous Moxie Lip Liners. I really like it when lip liners are retractable, it somehow makes them easier to use. You can see all the shades I purchased above.

Left to Right: NARS Satin Lip Pencil in Rikugien and Marjella, NARS Velvet Lip Pencil in Patong Beach and KareKare, bareMinerals Marvelous Moxie Lip Liner in Revved and Thrilled, Laura Geller Pout Perfection Lip Liner in Nude and Chianti and Rimmel Exaggerate Lip Liner in Berry/Under My Spell.

Still sticking with the lip theme, I was in need of some new lip balms that help moisturise and care for my lips when they get dry. So I thought I would try out Burt’s Bees lip balms – I picked up their Replenishing Balm with Pomegranate Oil and also their Nourishing Balm with Mango Oil. These lip balms smell amazing and are so moisturising and make my lips feel really soft and moisturised. I love having one of these in my handbag to apply when my lips start to feel dry.
I have been needing to grab the bigger version of my favourite eyeshadow primer for ages, I have been using up my testers of these primer potions for quite a while now and now they’ve all been used up, I can finally use this new primer. I picked up the Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion in Original which is a matte nude skin colour which blends into the skin really well and helps hold the eyeshadow in place all day. Sometimes my eye lids can get quite oily and this primer works perfectly well in keeping my eyeshadow in place and stops it from getting oily during the day. The wand is the perfect shape for applying the primer. I highly recommend these if you’re looking for a new eyeshadow primer.
I have always wanted to get the new Bold Metals Collection of brushes by Real Techniques so I picked up the Tapered Blush Brush which is a really pretty rose gold brush handle with a tapered head which will be perfect for applying blusher and bronzer. The slightly pointed tip makes it easy to apply the product evenly and blend in really well. The handle is really light and makes the brush easier to hold and apply the product.

Which is your favourite product from this haul? Have you tried any of these products?
